NATO Advanced Study Institute on Information Security and Related Combinatorics

This Advanced Study Institute (ASI) is a part of the NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme. An ASI is a high-level teaching activity where a carefully defined subject is treated in depth by lecturers of international standing, and new advances in a subject, not taught elsewhere, are reported in tutorial form.

The aim of this meeting is to disseminate recent advances in coding theory, network security and cryptography, and to discuss open problems. Some of the lectures will be focused on combinatorial structures which have their application in information security, such as combinatorial designs and graphs.
