Presenter's instructions
Short communications
Short communications are organized every day in 5 sessions and each
presenter has 15 minutes of presentation time. Video projector and
computer will be available in all rooms.
Please note that on all the computers operating system is MS Windows and
expected file formats for the presentation are *.pdf, *.ppt, *.pptx.
Presenters are kindly asked to bring their presentation file (file named
by the surname of the presenter) on the CD or memory stick in the room in
which they are going to give their talk half an hour before the session
starts or during the coffee break.
Poster session
Poster session takes place on Tuesday, 19 th June 2012, in the period
11.45 – 12.15. The poster panels will be displayed in the communications
corridor near the rear entrance to the room 006. During the poster session
the authors will answer the questions asked by the interested
participants.
Authors are kindly asked to bring their posters to session on Monday, in
the period 18.00 - 19.30 or on Tuesday, in period 8.00 - 10.00.
Please let your posters be under prescribed dimensions of
84 cm (width) by 119 cm (height) (A0 size).
